Honor Guard
The Frankfort Fire Protection Honor Guard was formed in 2005 consisting of 10 members. Today, the Honor Guard is made up of 14 strong, dedicated members. They are required to maintain a high level of discipline and dedication throughout their membership in the guard.
The FFPD Honor Guards primary role is to provide funeral honors to our fallen comrades (present and retired), and to present and honor our nation and her colors.
Duties include, but not limited to: color presentation, parade detail, casket guarding/funeral detail, when requested by our department, outside department/agency or business.
