AM I SEEING GREEN OR IS IT 18 OF IRELANDS FINEST!
18 Firefighters from Ireland visited Frankfort's Training Center on March 17, 2008 "St. Patrick's" Day and took part in Flash-Over Training. The Firefighters are all members of Irelands National Retained Firefighters Association (NRFA). The men were visiting the United States as a goodwill tour on their own time and with the help of Ryan Hornback and Mike Flanagan from Calumet City FD chose Frankfort's Training Facility to train, visit and experience Flash-Over. The lead instructors for FFD were Wally Curtin, Nick peters and Bob Wilson
