Please complete the attached application form for a firework/pyrotechnic display, and then submit payment. 

You will be contacted and asked to provide a site safety plan displaying, The shooting location, Distance from spectators, parking, and structures.

In accordance with NFPA 1123, a review of the shooting site will be conducted.  Safety distances, site security, and clearance will be evaluated in particular.

Permits will be issued following the site inspection on the day of the event.
