Business Information Request Form

The Frankfort Fire Protection District is currently in the process of updating contact information for building owners and businesses contained within the district. We are requesting that you complete this form and return it to us. Please provide at least one Keyholder for your business or building. Please list a Keyholder only if they have access to the facility after business hours.
